WCT Berhad WCT Holdings Berhad via WCT Berhad and WCT Construction Sdn Bhd has undertaken a diverse range of award-winning infrastructure and building projects in Malaysia, Qatar, UAE, Bahrain and India. WCT Berhad is the Engineering and Construction Division of WCT Holdings Berhad and is a well-established, CIDB G7 construction company in Malaysia with 40 years of experience in a wide range of engineering and construction services. First established with the incorporation of WCT Earthworks & Building Contractors Sdn Bhd on 14 January 1981, the company subsequently changed to its current name, WCT Berhad (“WCTB”). WCTB made its debut on the Second Board of the then Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange now known as Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) on 16 February 1995 and was subsequently promoted to the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 7 January 1999. On 8 July 2013, WCTB successfully undertook an internal reorganisation and transferred its listing status to WCT Holdings Berhad (“WCTH”). WCT’s expertise and proven track record are recognised through a multitude of award-winning projects both locally and internationally with our core strength being in the construction of expressways, highways, airports, Formula 1 racing circuits, dam and water supply scheme as well as commercial buildings such as government offices, shopping malls and hotels. To date, WCT has completed over 400 projects worth approximately RM40 billion.
