About We Amplify
We first worked together before COVID. Edin was scaling Firezza, the original pizza by the metre, while Olçar was repositioning it. One founder, one creative strategist. It worked. Since then, Edin exited to PizzaExpress and has gone on to launch, advise and invest in food and drink brands across the UK and Europe, bringing his sharp lens on financial strategy and operational efficiency, Olçar continued to scale Wildhorse, her creative agency, with a track record in performance marketing launching brands, delivering activations for brands such as Absolut, Jameson, ASK, Zizzi, Drake & Morgan, Micthells & Butlers’ and more - building brand equity, investor confidence, and long-term market value. Fast forward a few years, and we joined forces to build Amplify, an advisory and brand growth studio built by founders, for founders. Two years in, we’ve helped F&B brands with growth strategy, financial modelling, fundraising, brand building, sales and distribution development with ongoing route-to-market partner networking. Recent projects span: – International market entry (Canada, Greece, UAE, Philippines) – Franchise recruitment, Delivery strategy and aggregator negotiations, turnarounds and exit planning. – Fundraising SEIS structuring, LinkedIn investor outreach training – RTD cocktails, bubble tea and functional drinks (Mixtons, TeaJoy, MUUSH,) – QSR and delivery-first brands (Dish’d, The Bagel Society) – Hybrid and hospitality models (LOOM Club, Pittagoras) Some founders come to us at concept stage.
