Our Conscious Manager programme brings an understandable and actionable psychosocial approach into the workplace, and supports it with group and 1-1 coaching and mentoring, equipping artist managers and team members with the right skillsets to effectively manage the challenging relationships and situations that can become a block to productivity. Our 1-1 emotional support and care coordination services provide 24-7 help for those struggling with mental health, behavioural and addiction-related issues, and the team around them. This includes complex situations requiring in-person support, sourcing and providing transport or escorting to treatment centres, creating and managing a multi-disciplinary team including aftercare, and facilitating a healthy environment for the individual's return. Think of us as your in-house duty of care team. Informed by our substantial personal and professional experience, we will hear, understand and action all aspects of your duty of care.
