About We Are Leftfield

We are an innovation studio (consultancy) who partners with organisations to find unexpected solutions to some of their toughest challenges. These challenges fall into two areas: Growing People and Growing Brands We are not easy to label (sorry label-makers). We don’t believe in staying in one lane. We’d best describe ourselves as creative problem solvers. Our unique strength lies in mental acrobatics: challenging inherited thinking, creating unlikely collisions, identifying what’s needed and flexing accordingly. It’s our unusual combination of backgrounds (software engineering, marketing, biz dev, storytelling, branding, research, instructional learning design, product design) that enables us to look at problems from unexpected angles. Which, in turn, leads to ‘aha’ moments and unconventional solutions. We’re part strategy consultancy, part research agency, part product design studio and part brand agency rolled into one.
