MENTalk was founded by three normal guys with one aim in mind, that aim was to break down the stigma attached to Men's Mental Health. The three founders of MENTalk have experienced their own separate Mental Health journeys and the stigmas that attach to that. Their vision is quite simple and that is to encourage men to feel comfortable in speaking out about their feelings and promoting their strength in doing so.
