About We Are MindBody
We are MindBody serves to bridge the gaps in mental health support and awareness that currently exist within the UK. We help people to improve their overall wellbeing, overcome trauma and limiting beliefs and heal their relationship with food, body image and exercise using a range of techniques and modalities. Through 1-1 work, group programs, corporate and educational workshops our aim is to promote better wellbeing for everyone. We celebrate imperfect, messy, life and encourage people to come as they are. We value safe spaces and create environments free from shame or judgement. We believe there is no such thing as broken, and work towards the idea that we are always learning, and there are always opportunities for more positive experiences. We represent the whole spectrum of mental health including disordered eating, opening up the conversation on how we view ourselves from the inside out with a view to creating freedom and emotional flexibility. We do this with a mind-body approach. We stay curious, always trying to gain more understanding and work to raise awareness, educate and communicate to through workshops and more.
