About We Are Service Works
We're passionate about making public services in Wales great. We do this through training, coaching, mentoring and public speaking in applying user-centred design to develop and deliver brilliant public services. We work mostly with Councils, Housing Associations, Charities, Government and not for profits. We have some "off the shelf" courses including: Service Design in Practice - 6-month deep dive for those wishing to transform their practice and their mindset (leads to accreditation) Introduction to service design - 3 short sessions to introduce the concepts and the language.
