About We Can Win

Mission: Our mission exemplifies the work we ensure, as we strive to be the best at what we are working to achieve and deliver. Therefore, guide and provide advice for communities that include youth, Newcomers Youth, women, seniors and special needs population, we are looking to educate the population targeted via career development. Vision: A Non-profit organization committed to assist, guide, advice and provide career oriented services to Youth, Women, Newcomers & Settlers, Seniors, Special Needs population and all Citizens of Canada. We Can Win is a non-for-profit organization that strives for the development of youths in Toronto. We work to empower and enhance the skills of youths in order to provide them with an opportunity to gain employment and ultimately a long term career to carry out an independent and healthy lifestyle. Our goal is very simple however not limited to; providing them with the tools they need in order to succeed in gaining addition skills and knowledge. With our program we are seeking to liaise with other partners and organization in order to provide additional tools and resources to our clients. Nevertheless, we believe connecting with other organizations will set a prime example of unity and power to achieve more; and ultimately make a positive change in the community. We can win takes pride in giving back to the community and being a support to youths. We Can Win had the opportunity to recruit Summer Students last year (2014, 2015) and currently working with 4 students for this year (2016). Currently We Can Win is looking to partner, communicate, articulate and effectively assess the needs of the community and achieve success in our mission.
