We Care Academy Child Development Center is an Alabama Quality STAR Rated child care program located in the heart of Phenix City, Alabama. We serve 60 children from ages infant to 13 years offering services in two sites which include a child care facility and a school-aged facility. Here at We Care Academy, Our Purpose is to Serve Families by providing quality child care services that change the face of the childcare industry. Our Vision is made up of core values we practice daily. We are purpose-driven staff, who work in a culture of integrity & accountability, we have an innate passion for children and families. We are team and family-oriented, with managers and employees who practice Servant Leadership in an environment where positive attitudes and behaviors are encouraged and exhibited. As early childhood educators we offer teachable moments with all our Children where they hear, see and feel our Motto. Each child is taught: “I Can Do Anything, I Can Be Anything!” Our 3-year picture is to grow the Academy into a three-site campus that includes the main center, afterschool enrichment program, and preschool building (which is currently the site of a closed elementary school in Phenix City, Alabama) by meeting goals which include: Our target market is Phenix City/Russell County/Lee County Families who have a high expectation for their child’s developmental needs looking for a small center that is focused on providing professional, quality child care that not only serves their child but serves their family as well. We are looking to serve families looking for a family! We have identified three uniques about We Care Academy: 1) We are a Family style center with small classroom sizes, 2) Our People practice our Core Values, and 3) We are focused on partnering with community services to serve the entire family. We have developed a Proven Process entitled the We Care Way which encompasses the systems and processes we use to operate our facility.
