Weheat is owned and managed by two Directors Tom & Adam, who met after a chance encounter in a local sandwich shop! Tom & Adam’s shared vision for a better standard of tradesmanship led to this exciting new partnership. Tom brings years of technical skill and knowledge within the heating and plumbing world to the business. Having completed his apprenticeship in 2012, he has gone on to acquire a huge number of qualifications due to his tireless work ethic and drive to succeed in the industry. Having gained more than 10 years of experience working for others, he decided it was time to fulfil his longtime ambition to start his own heating and plumbing business. Adam is the owner of the sister brand wemove, who have an exceptional reputation locally for delivering the highest levels of service. With hundreds of 5 star reviews to their name, Adams passion for customer satisfaction is evidently at the forefront of his businesses. Carrying out over 500 house moves across Dorset each year, Adam identified the opportunity to cross-sell a range of heating and plumbing services to his customers and therefore weheat was born. Their individual skills and experience compliment each other well, with each bringing something different to the partnership. Whilst their backgrounds differ, their commitment to delivering a high level of service was shared. Both Adam & Tom felt that far too often trades were unreliable, inconsistent and unprofessional. They set about building a brand and reputation that stood for quality, reliability and also value for money. As part of their commitment to high standards they are Gas Safe Registered, as well as members of OFTEC who ensure we provide the highest professional and technical standards for engineers in their industry. This commitment allowed them to gain a 5 star rating on Google within their 1st month of trading.
