We Love Rentals were first established in 2003. The agency specialises in rental properties and property management throughout the Perth metropolitan area. We Love Rentals know that traditional property management organisations are agencies whose main focus in on selling homes and not managing them. The downfall of this is that management and the departments find it hard to make changes for the best and to innovate procedures and performance. We know this from experience because we used to be a traditional agency. One of We Love Rental’s big focuses in on training and development, our team is always striving to continually improve their service and knowledge of the industry to better service our clients. Our property managers attend national conferences as well as local conferences conducted by leading industry figures as part of their continual training. Even then that is not enough and We Love Rentals often conduct one-on-one training with leading industry trainers in the property management field. This is so our team is kept up to date with innovative processes and procedures as well as equipping them with the skills to provide a better service to clients.
