About We Simply Care
We Simply Care offers home care to enable people who need support to remain in their own homes, all of our care packages are created by the individual so that our service is tailored to suit their needs wishes and preferences. We truly do care about each of our service users and support them to be as independent as possible to maintain or improve well-being, we make positive change by listening, encouraging and supporting our service users to live their lives the way they choose. We offer support with personal care, medication, cooking and meal preparation, hydration and nutrition support, cleaning, shopping and socialising. Our support packages are flexible to meet individual needs for example: 15 minute well being check, 1 hour support with personal care and meal preparation or night shifts, we even walk our service users dog! All of our service users are treated as our own loved ones, with respect, dignity and appreciating who they are as a person and what is important to them. We are passionate about safeguarding, all of our team members have a robust intensive induction which includes DBS and reference checks and the completion of assessments which are delivered by qualified trainers and assessed by a qualified assessment team. We encourage our employees to progress in their development by partaking in different learning activities both formal and informal. Our service locations: Manningtree, Brantham, East Bergholt, Hadleigh, Ardleigh, Dedham, Mistley, Lawford, Capel St Mary and surrounding villages.
