About We Thrive Consulting
We Thrive was founded to bring hope to people who are overcoming domestic abuse and looking to re-enter the workforce. Leading with compassion and positivity, we’re putting 30 years of recruitment expertise to good use, matching employers with some of the most resilient and loyal talent they will find - and helping people get back on their feet. As a unique trauma-informed consultancy, our mission means the world to us, and we put extra care into everything we do. Partnering with organisations such as the Employers' Initiative on Domestic Abuse, We Thrive supports employers with impactful hiring strategies, while providing coaching and training programmes that empower candidates to thrive. A proportion of the fee will be dedicated to coaching domestic abuse victims who are looking for work and are unable to pay the fee and supporting clients CSR initiatives. As a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Insurers, the founder demonstrates leadership within the industry while contributing to social advocacy.
