About WE3 Consulting

WE3 was founded by three industry professionals – Craig, Matt, and David – close friends who had worked together across various recruitment agencies over the years. With a shared vision and over 50 years of combined experience between them, they launched WE3 to offer a more personal, effective, and values-driven approach to specialist recruitment. Originally focused on Medical & Healthcare Communications, WE3 was created out of a desire to do things differently – cutting through outdated practices, arbitrary KPIs, and the impersonal approach often seen in larger firms. In 2024, WE3 expanded into the Energy sector with the launch of WE3 Energy, led by Matt, whose extensive background in renewable and clean energy recruitment made the move a natural next step. That same year, Lara joined the WE3 leadership team, bringing her international recruitment expertise and passion for Legal hiring within Biotech and Life Sciences. In 2025, WE3 formally launched WE3 Legal, with Lara heading up the new division – further strengthening our ability to support specialist sectors with deep, focused expertise. Together, the WE3 leadership team now brings over 60 years of combined recruitment experience, spanning multiple niche industries and markets. Our model allows us to focus on what truly matters: understanding our clients, supporting our candidates, and building long-term relationships that deliver real value. Free from rigid KPIs and internal distractions, our consultants are empowered to provide a tailored, thoughtful service, built on integrity, insight, and genuine care.
