Weader Performance LLC was created in 2023 by Tyler Weader after experiencing a two year transition from the fitness industry into tech sales management in an office environment. Weader Performance helps young professionals optimize their training and lifestyle habits for high performance outcomes. The strength & conditioning industry needs coaches that understand the day-to-day operations of and how it feels to be a high-achieving producer in an office environment. Tyler fully immersed himself in this setting, earning accolades, surpassing targets, and leading by example for his team while learning more and more about what it truly takes to achieve world-class health and performance in an office. Noticing the disconnect between typical performance training programs and the lifestyle constraints that come with being a high achiever in an office environment, Tyler created Weader Performance in order to address the challenges that office workers must manage in order to optimize their health and performance for high performance outcomes.
