About Wealth Asap

Our mission is to break the cycle of poverty in low-income communities by providing comprehensive support and resources that address all aspects of the issue. We believe that financial literacy, affordable housing programs, vocational training, violence prevention, youth opportunities, connections to resources, and first-time homeownership training are all essential in achieving this goal. We offer a combination of in-person workshops, online classes, and one-on-one coaching to help individuals develop personalized financial plans and provide ongoing support. WEALTH ASAP's financial literacy program is designed to be accessible and easy to understand, especially for working-class people in urban communities who may not have had access to financial education before. We use relatable examples and practical tools to teach individuals about personal finance, including budgeting, saving, investing, and debt management. We also provide education on how to gain access to wealth-building tools and resources, such as investment strategies, access to financial advisors, and resources for small business owners. WEALTH ASAP's "Help for the Community By People in the Community" approach is a unique and innovative way to empower individuals and communities to take charge of their own financial futures. Rather than relying on outside experts or institutions, WEALTH ASAP's programs are led by community members who have direct experience and understanding of the challenges facing low-income communities. By working with local partners and organizations, WEALTH ASAP is able to build trust and establish meaningful connections with the community. This approach not only helps to address the specific needs and challenges of each community but also ensures that the programs are culturally relevant and responsive to the unique experiences and perspectives of community members.
