I was born 4 days after “The Day The Music Died” according to Don McLean (You figure it out!). I am a self-employed new media consultant and music researcher. I have been a music fan since I was born, and involved in the sales and marketing of technology products since the early 80’s. I have held various sales, marketing and management positions with Panasonic, Audio Vision and Sony. In 1997 I was involved in the rediscovery of the world’s biggest cult musician, Rodriguez. I have a deep love for South Africa and its music and was co-founder of the influential SA Rock Digest e-mag in 1999 with Stephen Segerman.
