We are an established group of 3 vibrant restaurants based in East Sussex. Our speciality is fresh, local seafood and shellfish with our Hastings old town restaurant, Webbe's Rock-a-Nore, having one of the shortest ingredient journeys from sea to plate in the UK. Our fine dining restaurant, The Wild Mushroom, is located just outside Westfield in a beautifully old Sussex farmhouse and takes pride in using locally grown and sourced produce.
