About Weber & Olcese
Founded in 1996 by two entrepreneurial attorneys, Jeffrey Weber and Michael Olcese set out to create a law firm that would set the standard for legal representation in the area of retail and commercial debt collection. By delivering quality service, operating with integrity and conducting itself in a professional manner, Weber Olcese became one of Michigan’s largest and most respected collection and creditors’ rights law firms. Our clients are large national banks, national creditors, insurers and large corporations. We practice in Ohio, Indiana, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, New Mexico, Colorado, and Florida. With the addition of Michael Olcese II, we have expanded our practice areas to include insurance defense and subrogation. We represent insurers and policyholders in matters of fraud investigation and research, liability claims including premises defense and general liability.
