WebOuts Medical Media, based in Appleton, has been creating digital content for thousands of doctors and their healthcare systems (nationally) for 15+ years. We “get” healthcare. Filming in a healthcare setting is not like other industries. Doctors/providers and staff that support them typically have very unique personalities… and WebOuts has created a very specialized affirmation-based coaching process to get the best results when filming them. This cannot be underscored enough. Scripting a health system’s messaging is critical… so we rely on a team of scriptwriters that have an extensive history working in healthcare. They listen and carefully translate the voice of the doctors to communicate what needs to be said while avoiding the mines and pitfalls others miss. WebOuts recently launched a remote studio filming system that when set up at a client’s location allows us to film green screen footage (teleprompter, interview style, etc) from our headquarters in Appleton. This was especially helpful during the pandemic as healthcare systems were shut down to outsiders. This also helps reduce expenses and increase project turnaround time.
