We believe that organisations must be proactive to address this growing social, productivity and economic crisis. We believe that who cares wins. ◾️HOW DID WeCARE365 EMERGE? Over the last 3 years, mental health author Graeme Cowan has taken over 5000 leaders through his half day workshop to increase team mental health and resilience. He was acutely aware that people forget most of what they learn unless there is repetition and practice. Brenden Carter started The Learning Hook so that he could scale engaging elearning for enterprise clients. Their innovative approaches have led to multiple awards. They were passionate about creating training to build healthier and more productive cultures but weren’t well known in this niche. Graeme and Brenden were introduced and WeCARE365 was born. ◾️WHAT DOES WeCARE365 DO? WeCARE eLearning is designed to… ▪️ Help people to identify someone who is struggling ▪️ Know how to ask RUOK with empathy ▪️ Guide people to the help they need WeCARE is an award winning eLearning campaign designed to be implemented across your entire organisation. It takes a local leader led approach through WeCARE Manager, and supporting all staff with WeCARE, enabling team members to show they care and know how to approach and support their colleagues. It begins with WeCARE Manager, a 50 minute elearning module, packed with many resources, followed by a 12 week program (a two minute ‘nudge’ video is released each week), with practical steps managers can take ◾️MORE INFORMATION?
