Our vision: “WeCooked is a curated multi-brand restaurant solution designed to empower restaurants to meet the evolving customer experience through the right infrastructure.” We believe we have just scratched the surface of the ghost kitchen concept and how we can use our expertise to help others. WeCooked is developing a hybrid-cloud kitchen model for dine-in, takeout and delivery while infusing new verticals like consumer packaged goods (CPG) to leverage market opportunities. Doing so, allows us to serve customers delicious food however they wish to consume it. WeCooked will curate partnerships with brands and restaurants to accelerate growth including building a portfolio of our brands that will offer customers a wide variety of options under one shopping experience. This portfolio could help give new life to underutilized kitchens while offering customers diverse selections all out of a centralized kitchen. We all have our favorite family-owned or local restaurant; they probably invested thousands of dollars and hours perfecting your favorite dish. Family and local restaurateurs lack the infrastructure and technology which WeCooked's hybrid cloud kitchen model could provide. In diversifying to multiple verticals, restaurants can mitigate many of the traditional risks and challenges while delighting customers and taking better care of their employees. The time is now to assist in empowering future-proof restaurants as Covid-19 continues to restrict restaurants and the winter months make outdoor dining problematic.
