Since 1992 all wines have been produced organically. Today, the team focuses on typical Austrian varieties such as Grüner Veltliner and Roter Veltliner. Their favourite vineyard is Wadenthal – a unique site known for its great biodiversity. The wines are characterised by deep layers of „Loess”. This type of soil provides a sound basis to the wines which are also strongly influenced by the crispiness and elegance of a rather cool Austrian climate. Besides wine, the family extracts honey from their own beehives, uses renewable resources for building, fills their wines in light-glass-bottles and grows trees for barrel production.
