In addition to managing events on behalf of clients, Weir Events has established some of Northern Ireland’s most recognisable annual events, including the award-winning NI Health and Fitness Awards (est. 2018) and the NI Beauty Excellence Awards (est. 2019). In 2024, the company co-founded the Body Talk Live Conference & Exhibition, a pioneering event championing female health and wellbeing. As a key delivery partner to the Health Excellence Group, which is co-directed by Weir Events' Managing Director Sarah Weir, the company plays a central role in producing major health-focused initiatives. This includes the Body Talk Live Female Health Conference, and in 2025, Sarah co-founded the All-Island Private Healthcare Excellence Awards, a significant new platform recognising excellence and innovation in private healthcare across the island of Ireland.
