Weird... Who are we? Weird OÜ is an Estonian game development company established by Kati Eliisabet Peterson and later joined by Ott Madis Ozolit. Vision: To become the first AAA Game Studio in Estonia. Mission: Be Weird. Why Weird? Weird stands for uniqueness and divergence. We believe the best ideas are the ones people might be scared to share, as they feel a strong personal connection to it and are afraid of the reaction of the society. We are taught to conform and think similarly, but Weird rebels against this suppression of personality and stands for divergence. We believe in respect: everyone should have the freedom of expression and leave room for others to do so as well. So, be Weird with us. Kati Eliisabet Peterson, the founder and CEO, is Weird.
