About Weiser Works

Weiser Works was founded by Karen Fraser and Helen Weisinger in 2019 to help companies grow their business, and their reputation. We use our extensive network of senior contacts to build our clients' businesses. We help them understand what their market really thinks of their offering, refine their pitch, identify the companies they should be working with, and make the right introductions. Karen is an expert on trust and reputation, and she won a worldwide competition for a place on the Harvard Business Review: Breakthrough Ideas List for her work. She created the 'Advertising Pays' series of work for the UK Ad Association, and the 'Picture' series on body image and representation. She was awarded the MBE for services to diversity and advertising in the Queen’s 2017 New Year’s Honours list. Helen is a growth expert, having spent the lion's share of her career in new business. An experienced and respected face on the advertising, media and marketing circuit, Helen helps companies stand out, ensuring they are well positioned and primed for growth. Karen and Helen first met when they ran events for WACL (Women in Advertising and Communications London). They created a debate in the House of Commons on the role of women in advertising, and they arranged an event with Sheryl Sandberg. They loved working together and have since launched their business consulting to companies looking to grow.
