Education is a force for good, empowering individuals to identify and realize their true potential. Throughout my career, I have found success by actively cultivating environments that empower students and staff to think outside the box, view obstacles as challenges, expand their horizons, and ultimately achieve the goals they have set for themselves. In order to create a system that promotes personal growth all other aspects of operations must work together seamlessly to limit distractions that might prove discouraging to students and staff alike. That is where I come in. My background of advancement through a number of specialized roles of increasing responsibility, is a testament to my ability to create a winning cycle of innovative and high-quality curriculum and delivery, leading to increased attendance and revenue, which in turn allows for expanded investment back into the system. I leverage a number of methodologies, from my education and leadership qualifications to drive positive experiences for students and develop programs and courses that will spark their imaginations and endow them with the skills they need to succeed as they move forward. I am driven by results and always up for new challenges.
