About WEL Medical
WEL Medical focus on building brands with innovative products that are predominantly of benefit to the emergency medicine sector and strengthening the chain of survival. We take great pride in the trusted partnership we have developed with the British Heart Foundation as a core supplier to support their life saving work. Delivering excellence is at the core of what we do. We work in line with the requirements of the worlds most recognised quality management system (ISO9001) and our recent audit demonstrated how we aim to meet the needs and expectations of all clients. We are also members of the British Healthcare Technologies Association (BHTA) and operate within their code of conduct which is approved by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT). Founded in 2005, we were established as a distributor for medical products and services. From small beginnings we grew swiftly and in 2006 won sole distribution rights to CU Medical’s range of products which included iPAD defibrillators. Today, the iPAD SP1 is recognised as a major player in the UK market. We have strengthened and complimented the the iPAD portfolio and responded to customer needs through expanding the products we sell. We have developed our own brand of external defibrillator cabinets (DefibSafe) and introduced both Brayden CPR manikins (Innosonian) and the latest portable emergency suction unit, the OB3000 (Boscarol) in to the UK Market. As sales continue to grow, we constantly look to further expand the product range and continue to collaborate closely with all the manufacturers we work with to drive ongoing product development and innovation.
