Who We Are: WELCOHM (Wellness, Community Health Ministry) Solutions, Inc. is a non profit 501(c)3 organization focused on connecting people to services that help them improve their spiritual, physical and financial wellness, contributing to the health of their community through ministries and partnerships that lead them to successful life solutions. Mission: CONNECTING people to SOLUTIONS that help them CREATE successful lives… Vision: Improving lives through empowering individuals and families by providing them access to the solutions they need to help them get to their next level of success.
