About Well Health Therapy
At Well Health Therapy, we believe every reason for seeking massage is a valid one whether it’s work stress, family pressures, a sports injury, trauma, or the effects of poor posture. Massage has a powerful way of helping people reconnect with their bodies and find relief, no matter the cause. Our founder's journey started at age 14 with chronic shin splints that made running a vital physical and emotional outlet excruciating. After trying everything, and being told surgery was the only option, a visit to a Sports Masseur changed everything. Within just three sessions, she was running again, smiling and pain-free. That experience sparked a lifelong passion to help others heal through the power of bodywork. Years later, she trained in the same therapies that had helped her, and went on to build Well Health Therapy a mobile and studio-based massage therapy service in Bristol offering Sports Massage, Soft Tissue Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy (CST1), Indian Head Massage, Pregnancy Massage, and more.
