Our Founder, Audra Lee is a Business Psychologist with over two decades in senior leadership roles across diverse industries and cultures, developing leaders and building high-performing teams. In this time, Audra has seen an increase in poor mental health and a growing need for a more proactive, strategic approach to wellbeing, leading her to create Wellbeing Moments. We believe that by fostering healthy workplaces and equipping people with science-based training and resources to enhance their mental fitness and wellbeing, individuals can achieve and sustain high performance without compromising their health.
