Powered by Samsung has the following features: Timely data from the managed care plan or PBM provides our service with prescription refill activity and adherence rates for every prescription medication the user takes. Timely data-feeds also provides the CPT code and last date of service for all CMS-monitored procedures and exams in their Care Gap analysis. The watch, via a 4g connection to the internal SIM care vibrates and/or beeps and then displays the reminder message when it is time to: Take a prescription medication Refill a prescription with HealthAssist submission for refills Schedule a condition-related, age-related or gender related procedure or exam Enables the user to activate a distress signal on the watch, which sends an alert to the family caregiver who is enrolled in the program. The family caregiver can then talk to the user, assess the situation and if the user is unresponsive can identify his/her location via the GPS capability. Should cellular service be weak in the home, the watch will automatically switch to the home Wi-Fi system.
