Founded in 2015, Wellies & Windbreaks is a small independent holiday lettings agency managing a handpicked collection of the finest rental properties in the West Sussex coastal villages of West Wittering, East Wittering, Bracklesham Bay and Selsey. Led by Amanda and her team of extraordinary staff, the team has extensive knowledge of the local area and we personally know all our properties inside and out. The company’s ethos is very much centered around valuing loyalty and building relationships. Our primary motivation is focusing on the highest level of customer service for both our guests and our homeowners. Actually, being able to talk to someone when you are trying to plan a holiday or manage your holiday home is a rare but much appreciated luxury in today’s digital age. With a small portfolio of holiday homes, our level of service and support goes above and beyond that which most other agencies can or choose to offer. Combined with our extensive knowledge of the local area, good network of supportive trades and the fact that we know each and every one of our properties inside out sets us apart from the local competition.
