SERVICES- Medication Management Teletherapy Telepsychiatry Interventional Psychiatry Adolescent IOP- Wellity Health provides supportive, evidence-based outpatient mental health treatment catered to adolescents. Located in downtown Burlingame, we proudly serve teens and families from throughout San Mateo County and the surrounding Bay Area. Our program conveniently takes place after school hours to accommodate teen schedules. At Wellity Health, we understand that each teen’s mental health journey is unique. Our intensive outpatient program was designed specifically to support teens experiencing significant mental health distress. We are committed to helping our clients recognize their strengths and reach their mental health goals through a variety of evidence-based interventions. Over the course of our program, we collaborate with teens and families to reduce symptom severity, eliminate the need for higher levels of care, and foster lasting positive outcomes. Teens participating in Wellity Health’s IOP engage in a variety of therapy groups, utilizing evidenced-practies that include: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) Solution-focused Therapy Narrative Therapy Family Support At Wellity Health, we understand the impact of mental health distress on the entire family system. In order to improve outcomes for both teens and families, we provide: Caregiver Support Groups, Family Meetings, Weekly Parent Education Additional Supports While our therapy groups allow teens to connect with peers in a supportive, nonjudgmental space, Wellity Health offers additional services to help clients reach their mental health goals.
