About Wellness Arts

I am Popi Iatrou, an experienced Senior Psychologist available for in-person bookings in Sylvania (Sutherland Shire and surrounds) or online sessions in Australia. I work within a framework of holistic psychology, integrating the mind-body connection. I’m a dedicated and compassionate psychologist with over 25 years of clinical experience working with adults, adolescents, children, parents, and carers in public and private healthcare. I have worked in Adolescent Medicine at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead since 2001, and I am now available for private psychology sessions for people of all ages in Sylvania, NSW. I am committed to helping people navigate life’s challenges and enhance their mental well-being through evidence-based therapy. I have also trained as a yoga teacher and taught dance for over 13 years. My passion for art and creativity and being a life-long learner means that the healing journey will always be interesting. I also run Dance Alchemy classes at Carss Park, an embodied group combining psychology, dance and yoga for healing and growth.
