Michele started her career as a faculty member at the University of Nevada teaching Marketing, Business Communications, and preparing students to successfully enter the corporate world. She went on to spend the next couple of decades working with companies such as the MGM Grand, Fuji Xerox, and Vodafone in growing profits through improved performance in sales and customer service. It wasn’t until Michele was handed the responsibility of running a family medical practice she discovered how becoming a Workaholic and stress gets in the way of health and productivity. In three short years she grew the practice by a third before marketing and selling it to a group of specialists. It was this experience, along with health challenges, that made her acutely aware of the need to take better care of her health and the health of the team around her. She created Wellness at Red Rock to do exactly that, to assist companies in investing in their most important asset . . . the health of their team. Michele is featured with Ken Blanchard and Stephen Covey in a new book, Discover Your Inner Strength, and is currently studying with T. Colin Campbell (The China Study) earning a certificate in Plant Based Nutrition through Cornell. She also doesn’t mind telling people that she is a new grandmother with the second grandbaby on the way.
