Wellness Plan of America, LLC (“WPA”) provides comprehensive and customizable medical and wellness claim expense mitigation and prevention solutions to groups and individuals through a multi-channel marketing platform, which includes a direct-to-consumer retail model, a wholesale broker model and strategic contractual relationships. Through a number of strategic relationships, including relationships with health insurance carriers, third-party administrators, large insurance brokerage agencies, accountable care organizations (“ACOs”) and employer groups, WPA has established a varied and diverse distribution network that enables WPA to penetrate target markets and reach target consumers through one or more of several approaches.
