Moreover, We Help buy or sell homes, and work off market properties. We do not work with many investors so if you hear from us we are not trying to make a offer, we are just going to list and sell it on the market and be honest with you so the home can sell as fast as we both want. I am a for agent broker so my time is spent finding leads for my agents here so if I follow up after so many times and you want to sell you home finally after the 2 years I have follow up, do not think I am just dumbing you off on a random agent. First the agents here are well trained and honest, we don't push you to sign. We just want to meet you so you will remember us when the time comes. I don't even bring listing contracts anymore because everyone runs when the paperwork is brought out.. nevertheless. I am going to hand you off to one of my agents that I trust and they will take care of you. The reason you know this know is because that handoff is what makes or breaks a deal sometimes but now you know in advance. The main reason is if I go on the listing appointment at 4 or 5 then I am down a hour in lead generating which give me another day to make up a mountain of follow up calls. I still watch the deal but someone has to put gas in the car to keep our head above the water. We have assistants who take care of you as well as the agents.
