About Wellstrong Group

Wellstrong is a group of Boutique private studios with personalized coaching and health services, aiming to facilitate better movement, performance, and recovery. We offer access to an integrated healthcare team with expertise in sports science and nutrition, dietary management of chronic conditions, and mindset and behaviour change, to enable and sustain meaningful changes, which improve or optimise health, physical performance and wellbeing. We are a group of like-minded people who have experienced first-hand how incorporating movement and aspects of healthier living into their own lives can make significant changes to physical and mental health. Started by Louis Dunstan in 2017, Wellstrong has grown from a personal training service into a multiple location health and wellbeing destination for people seeking assistance with overcoming the barriers to movement and behaviour change that are presented by traditional gyms and health services. We strive to fulfil our clients' personal health and fitness goals in line with their needs, values and preferences. We believe that a collaborative team approach is invaluable in addressing their needs and concerns, and therefore offer complementary health services all under the one roof. Clients can attend training sessions or consults with one of our practitioners/coaches or utilise different services to help you achieve their goals. We offer one-on-one coaching and small group semi-private sessions, tailored to the needs of our clients to either improve their capacity to exercise or improve performance in line with their sporting or athletic endeavours. Our services broadly cater to ages from youth to advanced years.
