In 2022, a group of five mental health leaders decided to put our collective wisdom together to change the healthcare landscape for the better. We were frustrated by the corporatization of healthcare with little to no focus on quality or sustainability for patients. We were also dismayed by the way the system undervalues and undercuts providers. As dedicated professionals with strong values, we believed there was a better way–a way for providers and patients to succeed and thrive. Thus, Wellvity was born. Wellvity Health Group is an Independent Providers Association that cultivates group practice owners under a single umbrella organization so that they can leverage their collective offerings through collaboration, telehealth services, and shared resources. Wellvity allows us to come together to advocate for our needs as providers while maintaining our own thriving practice communities. We help groups obtain sustainable insurance reimbursement rates, cost-effective administrative support, and above all, a community of integrative professionals who put providers first.
