Martin, Jr., a long-time senior executive with Truven Health Analytics, an IBM Company and division of IBM Watson Health, and before that, Thomson Reuters, a $12.2 billion global information and financial services company, and a successful executive in the computer industry prior to that. Mr. Martin has been president or general manager of 12 companies, most recently chief operating officer of Truven, and prior to that, president and CEO of the Tax & Accounting business of Thomson Reuters, a $1.1 billion global company which provides tax software, workflow and information products to multi-national corporations and professional accounting firms.
