Welma has a strong Human Resources background, has always had a passion for Real Estate and did various courses and also obtained her – what we call – ‘principal’ status after having done the Board exams whilst pursuing her career as a Human Resources professional. Welma is a Full Status Property Consultant. Her consulting career as a HR specialist made her transition into Real Estate smooth as she has strong interpersonal relationship-, negotiation and consulting skills. Welma prides herself in that she builds long-term trust relationships with her clients by providing professional, ethical and concise advice and feedback. transparency through the entire transaction, and will guarantee you extraordinary service. It is her goal is to become one of the top agents in the industry. She started her career in Real Estate with Harcourts and was awarded the ‘Harcourts Way Agent of the Year’ at the Harcourts Titanium office. She was also awarded a Bronze certificate for reaching her targets in the first quarter of 2018 and, had she stayed with Harcourts, would probably have been awarded a Silver certificate for reaching even a higher sales figure than the 1st quarter.
