WELZ is a Private Equity Real Estate Investment Manager. Our approach is through an exit-oriented, tech-driven, deal-by-deal investment platform. We are transforming the Real Estate Investment industry by solving Investors and Developers biggest problems: • For Developers: Access to flexible financing options. We finance up to 90% of the Equity needed by the developer to buy the land or the asset through ad-hoc structures (Equity, Debt, Mezz, Bridge Finance). • For Investors: We originate, select, underwrite and manage opportunistic deals in their own SPV and invite Institutional, Family Office and High Net Worth investors to co-invest in structured investments. We operate across a broad platform of activities within Real Estate, including residential, commercial, structured debt, hotels, and other niche strategies. Our investing nature is opportunistic as we seek deals that aim to deliver 15% IRR and above. We invest across Europe and LatAm. Our investor base is made up of a large pool of HNWI, Family Offices and Institutional Investors. We operate on a deal by deal basis, structuring each project in an independent SPV.
