About Wendy Lucas Real Estate
I am Wendy Lucas with Wendy Lucas Real Estate, the valley's Smartest Small Real Estate office located in Aspen, Colorado. We are a small elite group of dedicated brokers who work to provide our clientele with the utmost brokerage services available. I am a full-time Broker (since 1991). I specialize in working with buyers and sellers of homes, townhomes and condos. I am highly regarded for my negotiation skills and tactics, my ongoing statistical analysis of the market and a tenacious ability to find out what is going on. I pride myself on keeping abreast of the market, movements, trends, competition and clever ideas, and keeping my clients well informed. When I think of "who I am", the phrase that first comes to mind is "strong work ethic". Wendy Lucas Real Estate represents the culmination of a twenty five year work journey. I have worked and trained at other top real estate offices in Aspen and practiced as an attorney in New York, California and Colorado. I established myself as the leading broker in the valley, selling more real estate individually than most offices did as whole. My concentration, for years, was working with developers representing pre-construction sales. In that role I sold hundreds of high end homes, condos and town homes before they ever were built. My "close to contract" ratio is 99%. I still represent and work with the developers, builders and homeowners from that period of my career. I consider it an honor to continue those relationships as I move forward developing new relationships today and in the future. I concentrate on Aspen properties and Developer releases at Willits in Basalt. With constant changes in the economy, my negotiation skills and market acumen are greatly valued by Buyers and Sellers alike.
