WERKSTATT FÜR INNOVATION (BDU) is a coaching- or new kind of consulting company. The main products are individual focused trainings, services and facilitating of intercultural dialogues, interactional visualizing workshops and its tools of business design modeling, innovations- and its transformation-processing by leaders and their teams of corporate companies or with their networking-partners. The impacts are forcing the resiliences of sustainable, financial, commercial, social, ecological and/or individual empowerments. Their results are innovative organisational business-designs, -strategies, -changes and -transformations or to do`s by agendas or solutions or prototyping of user-, members- and/or stakeholder-driven needs, ideas, interests and/or their conflicts and behaviors.
