About Wesco Contracting
Wesco Contracting Ltd. was established in December 2012 and began with only 1 truck and trailer. Today we have a vast array of trucks and trailers in our fleet and have grown significantly from our humble beginnings. From the beginning, safety was at the heart of the Company. We began our safety program, registrations and applied for SECOR with the ACSA. In 2014 Wesco was awarded with our SECOR in good standing and has been held ever since. We believe if the job is not being done safely than it's not being done at all. Our professional team takes pride in making your experience with us stress-free and enjoyable. Safety, proper training and customer service are our core beliefs. All of our drivers have current First Aid, H2S Alive, and training in Hours of Service, Load Securement and Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspections; with additional training being added pro-actively to ensure we remain above industry standards. Our Mission Statement: "To provide the safest and most reliable service in the industry" Wesco proudly serves all of Canada, including all three territories (Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories). Wesco is also proud to be owned and operated as an Aboriginal business, and a member of the Northeastern Alberta Aboriginal Business Association (NAABA).
