The West Valley Stormwater Authority works to protect our local waterways and the San Francisco Bay by preventing pollution from stormwater runoff. We serve the communities of Campbell, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, and Saratoga, supporting municipal efforts to manage stormwater responsibly, comply with state and federal regulations, and protect water quality across the region. Unlike other water utilities, the Authority does not provide drinking water or wastewater treatment. Our focus is stormwater—rain and runoff that flow through streets and storm drains, carrying pollutants directly to our waterways.
