About Westbray Property

Westbray Property was formed in August 2015, followed by an expansion in October 2016 to incorporate the Property Services department. The company was formed by Clare & Brian Bray, who have over 40 years of combined property and construction industry experience. Primarily, we offer property development and investment expertise, but we do also offer consultancy services to private landlords. Westbray Property Investment and Developments specialise in acquiring land and property for our own portfolio, as well as working on joint ventures with other individuals or companies. We are particularly interested in conversion projects, with our past projects including; office to residential conversions, HMO conversions, build to rent developments, and new build executive homes. We are always interested in hearing from anybody that has potential sites for development or investment. Our Property Services department specialise in refurbishment projects, whether it be a new kitchen or bathroom only or a complete flat or house renovation. Everything is taken care of - plumbing, electrics, redecoration, building works - while you relax and wait to see the completed product. Everything is finished to a high standard and you will be kept informed at every stage throughout the project. Our team have many years' of experience in their respective trades and can offer advice in all aspects of home improvement works. They also specialise in dealing with rented properties - speaking to tenants on your behalf and organising repairs or maintenance so that it's a lot less stressful for you!
