In partnership with the Western Connecticut Mental Health Network they provide and coordinate local clinical services. Deborah Lawrence MA, LPC, is the CEO for Western Connecticut Mental Health Network (WCMHN), a community based mental health center serving 44 towns in Region 5. WCMHN is operated by the CT Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, which provides an array of innovative clinical and community support services to individuals managing behavioral health and substance use issues. WCMHN’s mission is to provide high quality evidence-based, trauma informed, recovery-oriented and culturally competent services through a compassionate and person-centered lens. As CEO, Deborah is responsible for the clinical and administrative functions of the Lead Mental Health Authority in Region 5 which include outpatient services at various levels of care serving 1000 clients per year.
