About Western Heritage Day
The fundamental purpose of Western Heritage Day Inc. (WHD) is to educate America’s future leaders on the production of their food, the lifestyle of agricultural men and women, their western heritage, the morals of the West, and the American agricultural industry in hopes of providing these future leaders with knowledge that will enrich and aid them in their lives. WHD does this by taking students on a day long field trip to the Colorado State Fair or National Western Stock Show where they listen to a keynote speaker and engage in small group educational stations, as well as, enjoy the wonderful Fair/Show!
